What Happens:

1. Before We Meet
I connect with your body and energy field remotely to feel into what’s really going on. This isn’t surface-level. I tune in to the deeper patterns- physical, emotional, energetic- so we’re already in the work before you even arrive.

2. The 75-Minute Session
In-person or virtual, we drop in. You rest while I work with your field- clearing, recalibrating + listening to what your body wants to say. I share what I’m sensing + we walk through what’s ready to shift, heal + be reclaimed.

3. the support continues after we meet
You get 1 week of direct access to me. Space to ask questions, process what’s unfolding + keep the restorative moving. This is your space to ask questions, process what’s unfolding + feel supported as the work integrates. Integration is how your body lands the energetic shifts- so the healing becomes real, lived + lasting.
